Name
The name of the customer making the request.
Email
The email address of the customer making the request.
Phone number
The phone number of the customer making the request.
Country
Which country is the application from.
Date and time
On what date and time did the application come in.
Show
When you click on the eye under show, you can view the specific request from a customer.
